Vista setting problem? can't load some web pages

Does anyone have idea for what is the problem in Vista's setting? Before
upgrade to Vista Ultimate, Windows XP Professional, I can logon to some web
page, e.g. internet banking. However, after upgraded, I can't display that
web page. Thank you for help in advance

in some cases they have not upgraded their software to allow IE7.
you might search the microsoft kb for the patch that allows IE7 to report that it is IE6.
do not have the direct link to the patch.
