Vista Screensaver Not Working and Personalizing each account

I have set a screensaver on my desktop but it has failed to start. Why can I
do to get my screen saver to come on?

Also I want to set the font on my wife's account for her desktop to large
but when I do it changes on my account also. Can we not have individual
personalizations for each account?
 
same thing, can't figure out why, they work on the notebooks at costco! LOL.
It worked in the beginning but not now!!
