Vista registry for dispay driver (resent)

Still trying to search what triggers the "Vista blak screen" hangups on my
laptop.
My registry keys for the graphic driver show the following :

To be of any use the make & model of your laptop need to be identified.
What video driver (s) are you using?
And, what application?
