i have build 5600 install in a dual boot, can i just install build 5728
overtop the 5600, or should i do a clean install, and can i just format the
drive and install? will that mess up the boot loader?

Hi,

You can install 5728 over RC1, it is a supported upgrade scenario (in
preparation for upgrades to RTM), though you may not be able to upgrade 5728
to RTM later. I had no problem doing it with the x86 version. Installation,
clean or upgrade, should retain the bootloader, but one should always
prepare for disaster especially when working with beta operating systems.
