Vista Product ID

Hello

I am trying to get support from MS but my Vista Product ID is not being
reconised as valid by the online form. I cannot go any further with the
submmision with this ID being reconised. I have re-entered the code serveral
times.

Any help appreciated.

Is Windows Vista retail or OEM?
If OEM, you are getting what is expected and you need to contact the
seller for support.

Or post your question in a new thread and perhaps someone may be able

Perhaps Microsoft doesn't want to help you. If they had your interests
seriously at heart they woujldn't have released Vista with so many
deficiencies (not "bugs" but outright deficiencies that they knew/should
have known were there if they had tested the s/w properly).

Shame on Bill Gates.
