Vista Premium corrupted? or what?

I have not been able to download 2 important updates for over a month
now.......error codes-80073712 - 80070246 I have researched on every
site.....problem seems to be affecting other Vista owners all over the
place....yet no answer from MS ????? cant I have one week without a glitch
in this system????? KollieBoy

Alrighty then, could anyone help with web-site or even a telephone
number? (free of course) I am finished paying for sevice over and over
again.....this is getting to be "a comedy of errors".........I will keep
trying today , then that is all she wrote....its Mac all the way !!

Windows Update support from Microsoft seems to have been changed
from unlimited and free for all to free only for non-OEM users. You could
double check this if you are using OEM Vista. Here is the WU support link:

MS support is much more obsequious than newsgroup responders.

Running an in place Vista Upgrade is likely to fix your WU problems:
