vista performance

i install wista and i have problem with svchost.exe ... this services consume 64%-80% procesor resource

rating of my pc is 1. (Intel P4 2,8GHz HT, 1GB ram duacl channel, 80GB HDD, GeForce4 mx 440 64MB)
