Vista OS / Office 2003 Outlook e-mail rendering problem

the problem. You need to go to

I followed your link to get the hot fix KB951982, but poor Microsoft
wanted $49.00 to take my email. I don't feel that is approeriate to
charge me $49.00 to get this problem fixed.

Microsoft does not charge for hotfixes.

and now I have to pay to send the email. Maybe that is an incorrect link?
