I'm not sure of the official minimums, but from a practical
standpoint, you have nowhere near enough of anything. For example, you
need at least 2GB or RAM for adequate performance.

*I* wouldn't even run Windows XP SP3 with that configuration. ;-)

Obviously - neither would Microsoft. ;-)

Windows XP *would* run on it. It wouldn't be fast, but it would be
functional for simple use.

With those specs, you'd better stick with Win98, WinNT 4, or earlier.
It'd run Win2K, albeit slowly; it's nowhere near adequate for WinXP or
Vista.
