vista--mail clear windows

If I try and open tools or others it opens with a clear window, yesterday my
inbox opened with a black screen. This is a new gateway? does anyone know
the fix for this???? I already don't like vista I think I'm going to xp
pro...thanks
 
Windows Mail often behaves erratically when interfered with by
some antivirus programs. Windows Mail is not compatible with
most McAfee and Norton security programs. Those will need to
be uninstalled, not just disabled.

After uninstalling your non-compatible antivirus, download
and install a more compatible antivirus like the free Avast:

Even compatible antivirus programs will need to have their
