Vista keeps rebooting...

Well, I got Windows Vista Ultimate x86 running on my PC and it works just
normal, until I turn computer off and then on again. Vista gets to the
loading screen and reboots. It keeps doing that over and over. I've tried
formating and doing clean installs several times, but the problem keeps
repeating. Anyone have any idea what could be the problem? I don't think
hardware is, because I have decent system:

- P4 2.4ghz
- 1.5 gb DDR
- ATI Radeon x1650 Pro (AGP 8x)
