Vista: ipv6 & tech support

Hi,

I do tech support for a dialup ISP. I understand that Vista has ipv4 and
ipv6 both enabled by default. For dialup, is it appropriate to leave both
enabled or should I disable the ipv6?

Also, does anyone know of any good tech support sites for Vista?

It doesn't matter if the IPv6 is enabled or disabled. If it's not used, it
is ok to disable it, it won't kill the IPv4 or anything.

As far as tech support, what are you looking for? Just basic networking
troubleshooting?

If you go as far as to buy a book, go to your bookstore and look through
them. I've bought a few and found that most of them out right now are just
basically overwritten manuals for Vista. Nothing new or indepth with Vista
yet.
