VISTA in a 2003 Domain

I have added my "pilot" VISTA system to a 2003 domain and most everything
seems to be working well. How can I deligate through group policy UAC admin
permissions so that I can allow a non Domain admin account UAC control over
VISTA desktops or How can I get VISTA to recognize the local admin account
for UAC purposes?

Thanks

Hi Gary-

I have my Vista box joined to a 2003 domain, and have a local user account
that is admin on the box, and it works just fine for UAC. What problems are
you running into using the local admin account for UAC purposes?

UAC does have policies....but the local admin group on the machine denotes
the right that a user will have. UAC is enabled for all accounts except
local system and the built in "Administrator" account which is disabled by
default.

Hi Ridesy,
Each user is set up as administartator on their local machine, so can just
OK this request, but the repeated nature of this is annoying

Users should never be given Admin rights. It's been the same since NT 3.51
