vista home premium oem

Hi
I am having problems installing vista premium on new hard drive.All the
files are loaded then on first reboot i get error screen saying cannot
continue because windows\system32\ntkrnipa.exe is missing when reboot press r
to try to recover.The same with win xp home when new install can any member
help.robin

I too am having the same problem, but i'm using a raid 5 setup 3 drives, is
there any other help on this?

That file doesn't exist on my Windows Vista Ultimate system which has worked
flawlessly since March.
