well i got the vista beta 2 and I got the key. i was downloading it and my
power went out,Now when i go and to start the download its says " You have
received the maximum number of Product Keys available for this program" How
do i restart the download?

Check your e-mail for the message from Microsoft with your product key.
There should be a link to download the ISO again.
