Error when attempting to download Windows Vista Beta 2 Public Rele

When attempting to download the windows vista beta 2 public release, I
receive the following error:

"Thank you for participating in the Microsoft Windows Vista Customer Preview
Program.

You have received the maximum number of Product Keys available for this
program.
Note: Windows Vista Beta 2 can be installed and activated on up to 10 PCs
using with one Product Key. "

I have not previously downloaded the product and am unable to find an email
address on the MS web site to ask for help with this problem.

That's what I get too....I registered ages ago and have not received any
emails. Tried again and got the same message.

Signed up with another passport....now waiting on the validation email for
that one.
