To change the progressbar color, the easiest way is to use Windowblinds, a
skinning program that is part of a suite of applications by Stardock
Corporation. Other than that, no.

Theme or use a third party product such as Windows Blinds.

AND RECOMENDED UNTIL ITS BEEN UPDATED FOR SP1) and then grabing a visual
style from
www.deviantart.com or making your own

I have seen exactly that, the green progress bars changed to blue.
