Vista from Marketplace, 32 and 64-bit

I ordered Windows Vista Ultimate Upgrade on Windows Marketplace. I downloaded
the software, and all I have is the 32-bit software. I have tried to contact
Windows Marketplace, Digital River (the 3rd party that actually downloads the
software) and Microsoft to figure out how to get the 64-bit versions but I
get no response. I won't pay the $59 fee to chat with Microsoft about this,
and I just keep getting more and more frustrated.

Does anyone here know how I can get the 64-bit version of Windows Vista
Ultimate from Windows Marketplace without buying a whole new license? The
boxed versions at retail stores come with both 32- and 64-bit DVDs, so I feel
that having bought Ultimate online I should be able to download and use
either version.

Help please!

I've tried that, the only thing it shows me as being able to order is CD-ROMs
of the 32-bit edition. It doesn't give me an option to oder the 64-bit DVD.

I'm not a Carey fan, but the helping post was 100% correct:

You'll be asked for your product key and $7.

You ordered by download. The 64-bit disc is only available in Ultimate
versions bought at the store, but MS is lenient and will let you get a
"free" disc for the cost of shipping if you prove you have a valid Product
Key on-hand.

Read it again!
"Two alternate forms of media (32-bit CD and 64-bit DVD) are available to
help meet your specific requirements."

I personnally used this option and received the desired DVD.

When I entered my product key, it ONLY allowed me to choose the option for
the 32-bit CDs, not for the 64-bit DVD. There was no option for 64-bit at
that point.

I will not pay $59 for something that I should have gotten the first time
around. It's been more than 90 days so my 'free' period is up (I've been
using the 32-bit version, but having bought Ultimate I should be able to
switch between 32- and 64-bit any time I choose.

When shelling out this kind of dough-ra-me, I'm gonna get boxed,
professionally burned DVDs/software. None of the download and burn myself
hassles.
