Vista file contents search

Does Vista have the ability to search file contents.

i.e. will vista find all the files than contain a particular character
string?

OK, I've found it at last. Life would be easier if the put all the search
options at the top of the window, rather than putting the most useful one at
the end of the list of files and may not be vissible.
