Vista fails whilst Expanding Files at 21%

Upgrading XP SP2 to Vista Beta on a Vista Compatible PC
Have tried to install Vista Beta 2 32-bit(x86) DVD for three days.
Every time - it fails whilst Expanding Files at 21%.

are you running McAfee I was having the same problem i went and did a search
for McAfee and deleted all parts of McAfee and it was fine then
