VISTA CAPI2 256 ERRORS EVERY FEW SECONDS

These Red Alerts are happening all of a sudden in Event Viewer/Application

They'll occur every 9 seconds for a while, then stop, then mysteriously
start up again.

All the other logs are fine.

Details as follows. Any ideas amyone as I can find nothing online?
