Vista browser problem with certain websites

Hello,
We have an ecommerce website running on a Windows2003 web server using
IIS. Some of our customers have issues getting to our website, the
title will display but it stalls at that point. While researching I
found that issuing the following command resolves the issue on the PC
side

netsh in tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue on our server side? We
don't know how many customers we are loosing because of this.

Thanks much in advance.

The issue was with the juniper firewall and a mail server which was
parallel with the firewall. The
acks were not getting to the firewall but going to the email appliance
which was not forwarding the acks
back to the client. We had to change a setting in the firewall which
allowed it to receive the acks from
the server and forward back to client. Next is to reposition the email
appliance.
