Vista Backup Status and Configuration application

Does the Vista Backup Status and Configuration application make an image of
the drive, or just back up files to be used in case the operating system
needs to be reloaded?

I am rather disappointed that a "repair" install is not possible on Vista
as was on XP.
 
In Vista, you can do either or both. Look at your options when in that
segment of Vista.

I don't have that option (of imaging the drive). Is this only possible with
Vista Business and Ultimate (I have Home Premium)?
