Vista--Automatic restart after power failure?

Can anyone suggest how to make Windows Vista Home Premium automatically
restart after a household power failure?

Our power flickers sometimes, crashing the machine. As long as it reboots on
its own I can live with that, but I need it to restart--it's a server. Right
now it remains powered off until I push the power button.

Windows XP used to follow the last choice you made when manually shutting
down, so if that was "Restart," it would automatically reboot itself.

Note that I am not concerned with automatic restart after a system failure
(BSOD).

Any help would be appreciated.

This can be set in your BIOS.

Restart your computer, and press Del or F10 to enter the BIOS while the
computer is booting up.

Look for a setting in power management to set the computer to turn back on
after a power fail. This is different for every BIOS.
