What would be the cost in "sterling" to upgrade from 32bit to 64bit Vista
Home Premium.
Thanks.
Bear in mind that the price of the software in "sterling" is only part of
the cost.
You can't do an ordinary upgrade install from 32 to 64 bit. You have to
start from a bare drive, and that means you have to take the time to ensure
that you have properly backed up, that you have all install media to hand
AND that it will all work on 64 bit, that you have 64-bit drivers for all
peripherals, and replace those that won't work with the 64-bit OS. And
then you can start the install.
So, the cost should include the value of your time and any other necessary
components.
