Visrus or Spyware...what to do?

2 year old Dell with XP.
Get a message box that says "a program wants to access 'wick.3d.nailed.org'
and another that says the same about 's.idolz-hq.net''. We cancel but it
keeps coming back. Ran Spybot and Adaware. Got rid of some stuff. but no
joy.
Can't load Norton and get it to run.
System very slow.
What is causing those messages and what do we need to do?
