VisionTek 9200SE and Windows

I recently installed a new VisionTek 9200SE. However,
Windows freezes if I have the card enabled. I've
downloaded the newest updated drivers for the card, and
I've talked to VisionTek tech support, but the problem
hasn't been solved. I'm really frustrated and I was
wondering if anyone else has had this problem. Any advice
or support would be great.

i have a radeon 9200se but my problem is that i cant use
agp 8x! when i do it the computer goes out of any game
i´m playing after about 20 min. am going crazy sooon!=)

Have you tried the new drivers from ATI.com?

Is the BIOS set to 8x?

Yeah, I downloaded them yesterday. It was weird, because
they fixed it in that I can load XP for a while now, but
anytime I do just about anything in Windows, it freezes.
I'm really confused..

You should make sure that you have your AGP drivers
installed as well.

It's a PCI card, not an AGP.

Brandon,
If you have room move your video card to a different PCI
slot and then try it again. It could be sharing an IRQ
with something it doesn't get along with.

Yes in the bios it is 8x!
