Visal Basic corruption

I have been creating a database for the last few weeks. The error message I
get whenever I click on a command button is: The Visual Basic for
Applications project inthe database is corrupt. The last thing I did before
the error, was to change a few command buttons (to go to the swiitchboard)
from an Event Procedure to a macro. Does anyone have any suggestions on how
to recover from this?
