Viruses problems

I'm recenting getting about viruses problem they were Swen_A@mm, Wenchia.Worm. Even though no matter how hard i tryed it never seem to be killed. I'm resenting about it. I have made right the way Symantec removal tool instructed but everything has not changed. If anyone knows about this problem please give me your instructions.

You must print the fix page, follow every instruction to the letter, or it is NO
USE. You must reformat, if you can not follow instruction.
