Virus

There is a virus on my computer W32.HLLW.Gaobat.gen. I
have the Symantic AntiVirus & it is unable to get rid of
it. Please help me to get rid of this virus so that it
want ruin my computer software.

How do you know you have the virus??? Because your
anti-virus detected and removed it from the active part of
your computer, but anti-virus cannot remove files inside the
protected "system restore" points. If you read the
instruction for the virus on www.sarc.com you will see they
instruct you to turn system restore off with Windows ME and
XP.
