I somehow have gotten a virus on my computer, I am using Norton Anti-Virus. I have tried everything I know of to remove the virus and can't. I want to completely get rid of everything on my computer and re-install it. Is there some sort of software I can buy to get rid of everything on my computer, or can someone tell me what needs to be done

is it a virus or spyware. do your norton scan show the name
of a virus. you can then type that into the search box at
symantec.com and check how to remove.
or for spyware download spybot from safer-networking.org
and update first and scan on easy and remove the found items.

Try ruuning a virus scan in safe mode if that dont work

you may have to reformat your computer. good luck

Grizz try Pest Patrol. Nortons hav there own adware

program,also with xp Outlook it uses Kontiki, Pest
patrol says they can remove these adware prog.
