after dloading k lite i downloading a firewall wehich
didnt open. nhow something? is changing file formats and
is changing mp3's in to exe's and an eror message has been
display saying "something is wrong do you know that" i am
worried as i know its a virus but dont know whether its
traceable? if you know anything please help!

Obviously, if you want to rid your computer of a virus you should scan
with a current (post-2002 version) antivirus using updated definitions!
I have no idea what you mean by "traceable", but your first concern is
to get off the Internet and clean up your computer.
