do a Google on that file
and you may get some results
Microsoft.com has msdefender and
one care available to combat bad
files.
however, if you are sure that
the file is a bad one, then try
deleting it directly.....
further if you are satisfied with
the results of removing it, then
you might want to delete your
restore points or backed up
archives because they will likely
contain that file....

Wincom32.sys which I understand is a virus.
If so how do I remove it.
