Virus!

Hi,
My virus scanner has picked up a couple of viruses.

One has been quarantined because it couldn't be
cleaned....What does this mean??
Also the other couldn't be cleaned OR quarantined! What
should be my next step??
This is my first experience with viruses, so i am
slightly concerned.

In your av program you will find a quaraneine folder the

first virus is there just delete it.For the other one
write done the name and location of the virus(this should
be in the report given after the scan)and go to the
website of your av program and look for a removal tool
for it.If you repost please give the name of the virus
for better help.Good Luck
