Downloader AWX Trojan

I have windows XP and use McAffee...I have received the following message:
Trojan found C:Windows/System32/LTDipt.dll infected by the Dowloader - AWX
trojan and cannot be cleaned.

HELP...I haven't been able to use my computer since it will not delete or
quarantine this virus. After a minute or two it shuts down the entire system.

If the procedures look too complex - and there is no shame in admitting
this isn't your cup of tea - take the machine to a professional
computer repair shop (not your local version of BigStoreUSA).

Make sure McAfee is updated.
If you have XP , right click on My Computer -> Properties -> System Restore
-> Check Turn off... Apply and OK.

Boot in Safe Mode and perform full scan.
To boot in Safe Mode , repeatedly hit F8 during start-up before the Windows
logo appears and after the BIOS has loaded.Then you'll open the Windows
Advanced Menu where you choose "Safe Mode" . Press [ENTER] and wait . Then ,
go ahead.

After the scan with McAfee is ready , restart . If this doesn't help , visit
