Trojan Horse Virus Infected C:Windows\System32\svcinit.exe

Anti-virus software showed that 5 files were infected by a
Trojan Horse virus. I deleted 4 but the
C:Windows\System32\svcinit.exe file could not be deleted.

What do I do?
