virus

My Mcafee says I have a virus in C:\windows\system32
\infwin.exe\infwin.exe , Mcafee can't delete it or
quaranteen it. I tried it but couldn't then thought
better of it as that file might be an integral part of
windows. What do I do?
 
This is not a windows file. Reboot the computer in Safe Mode and run your
AV Scan again. Or open Task Manager, locate the INFWIN.EXE process in the
Processes tab. Highlight it and click End Process. Then run your AV
software again.
