Virus

Yesterday I downloaded some paperwork from the internet
and then got a message that a virus called WIN32info.exe
was infecting my computer (there were 13 others which
Zone Alarm stopped).

How can I get rid of the above WIN32info.exe please, as
it could not be deleted.

Any advice gratefully received.

When you find out, please let me know. I am having the
same problem, Norton Antivirus cant delete it or
quarantine it either. Someone, please help us.
