virus: w32Welcha.worm

my home computer has the Welch virus and I can't
Remove It. I download W32.Welcha.worm removal tool 1.0.3
but it doesn't work

Did you use this tool?

Also make sure you don't have any other virus scanner running when you run
the removal tool. I found our virus scanner was actually causing the
removal tool to not work correctly.
