Virus sending from email-address harvesting on this newsgroup

On 9/23 I posted a message on this newsgroup. Ever since
then the email address that I used has been inundated with
spam with _viruses_, most of them purporting to come from
_Microsoft_. Every day that account gets about 7 viruses,
which my anti-virus stops. Before I posted it very rarely
got any spam. My other email accounts do not get this.
Sure wish there were a way to use Microsoft newsgroups
without this serious problem.

Like you I get a ton of MS like update virus emails. This
only started once I posted here. It is just insane the
ammount of emails I get on this account now. It has to be
over 20 a day.

You're right. How is it that MS lets this happen to their
help area?

I've been having the same problem! Does anyone know how to
stop it? I'll use a bogus email on here from now on
