virus scanner

while opening excell file it says the file cannot be
opened because your virus scanner has detected a problem
with the file

maybe your virus scanner has detected a macro virus in this file (or at
least assumes it has a virus). Sou you may follow the instructions of
your virus scanner and clean/delete this file
