Virus problem with WIN32.STUBBY

Hi everyone who will help me in regard with this situation.

The problem is my anti-virus pop-up when my system is ready to use after the login. I receive this message:
C:\System Volum Information\_restore\{99227GF1-B385-4B89=9701-D5C853BF6A86}\RP202\A0046599.EXE may be infected by a trojan worm downloader WIN32.LALUS.

My anti-virus cann't rename or delete this this file. I propose to delete manually this file.

Questions:
1) It is a good idea?
2) How can I have access to this file manually?
