virus or ... ??

I am constantly having a window pop up in Outlook that
says the following:

"A program is trying to access e-mail address you have
stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this?

If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should
choose No."

[]Allow access for (1 minute)

[Yes] [No] [Help]

I have thoroughly scanned for viruses, and I have both
hardware and software firewalls installed.

I am starting to think this has to do with a shared
calendar folder. Can anyone confirm this?

Many 3rd party programs (e.g. Fax, PDA, .etc) and custom solutions that
access Outlook data can trigger the enhanced security model. You might want
