Virus or Malware????

The kid has gotten on my computer and gone places he
shouldn't have and now I've got something that spybot,
spywareblaster, spykiller and Norton Antivirus doesn't
fix. It changes my homepage
to "res://rjags.dll/index.html#96676". Does anyone know
what this is or more importantly, how to get rid of it?

the spyware.
