I have been "hijacked"

I keep getting a redirect to "res://muheg.dll/index.html#96676" and I can't get rid of it or get back to my homepage. It keeps sending me to this one and every time I try to change my homesite(yahoo) it goes back to this one. I have tried Ad-Aware and Spybot but nothing seems to be able to get rid of it. Any suggestions? Thanks
