Browser hijacked

My homapage takes me to the following site: res://tqjpo.dll/index.html#96676

I have run all the different spyware removal tools (ad-aware, spybot, registry mechanic) and none solved my problem. Everytime i run each of them, they always find and repair files.
My homepage still takes me to the same site ( res://tqjpo.dll/index.html#96676)and even if i change it, when i close explorer and reopen it again..the same unwanted homepage is there.
Can anyone help me on this?..Please, i will really appreciate it.

A little tip.

Right click the Address bar | Copy
Paste the address in, then you do not have to type it and make mistakes.
