virus infects win32server.exe ... help

i got a virus from somewhere and it has infected the file :

c:\windows\system32\win32server.exe

this file is not on the windows xp cd

my son has not helped me

could some kind soul send me this file ??

i will appreciate you til the end of mother's day

memory : 256 mb

symtoms are i cannot stay on the internet before i

get the system shutdown notice
