Virus Infection

My Norton Antivirus has detected W32.Dumaru.Gen@mm virus
in file C:\WINDOWS\prntsvr.dll

This file seems to be used on start up so I cannot delete
it with Norton or manually in Windows Explorer.

Does anyone have any suggestions please?
