virus infected file \windows\systems\sscoks5.dll

Neal

Norton virus scanner quarantined the subject file. I
restarted the computer and it appears to work, but!!! I
am concerned about the dll file not being available. Are
there any quick fixes or do I need to reformat and reload
the computer?

This is not a valid Windows file, and you don't want it back.
