Every time I attempt to open anything on the Internet, I
get a Norton virus warning that the WINNT\system32
\sbsrch_v22.dll is infected. Norton reports it is unable
to repair this file and denies access.

Ideas? My first approach would be to remove Internet
Explorer and reinstall it. But I can't get the autostart
to open and therefore to select IE for installation.
